Amazingly the Dijon Opera of all theatres offered the role of Moralès within the new-production of Carmen to Aimery Lefèvre which enables him also to prove his talents off the Baroque-repertory once again. Dijon, the birth-place of Jean-Philippe Rameau, whose music has been sung by our baritone frequently and very successfully! Among the productions that have highlighted his career apart from the Baroque-repertory the world-premiere of Les Pigeons d’argile by Philippe Hurel in Toulouse (available also in DVD), La Cenerentola (Dandini) at the Rouen Opera and Lakmé (Frédéric) at the Teatro municipal in Santiago de Chile need to be mentioned.
