After shining as Pamina (The magic flute), Euridice (Orfeo ed Euridice) and Gretchen (Faust-Szenen), Elsa Dreisig is now performing as Gretel in a new-production of Hänsel und Gretel at her home-stage, the Berlin State Opera which is finally back at the historic venue Unter den Linden. Stage-director: Achim Freyer, conductor: Sebastian Weigle. Opening-night on December 8, 2017.
